How to use

1. Touch the surface of the scale with the tip of your foot until it lights up and displays the number 0.0 .

2. Slowly raise one leg then the other.

3. Stand still until the numbers on the screen stop flashing.

4. The weight will appear, and the scale will automatically turn off within 8 seconds after use.

• Use on a flat surface.

• Keep the surface dry to prevent slipping.
