Store & Product Information

When will the order be processed?

Orders will be processed at the following hours:

Monday - Friday = 09:00 - 17:00
Saturday = 09:00 - 16:00
Sunday/red date = holiday

Is every item in the store ready stock?

Our stock is updated through our system, so stock is generally ready. Our stock continues to run. Please contact us for more details regarding stock availability.

Are all the products sold original?

Yes. All products sold are original.

Do all products sold have permits?

Yes. All the products we sell are original and have permits from the respective government institutions such as BPOM, AKL, AKD, SNI, P-IRT, etc.

Shipping Information

What are the shipping standards set by the seller?

Some products have boxes that come with the product purchased, but customers can add several packing options by checking out several additional products, namely pieces of cardboard and bubble wrap.

How long does product delivery take?

The delivery duration depends on the shipping and expedition options chosen by the buyer. If the delivery has passed the estimated duration, we can help with follow-up with the expedition, but you need to understand that the courier's performance depends on the expedition and is beyond our control as sellers.

What if the goods received are damaged?

If the product received is damaged as a result of handling by the expedition courier, a claim can be submitted to the expedition concerned. If the product is damaged due to a factory defect, we will help you submit a claim to the factory through us. It is REQUIRED to do a video unboxing of every package received. We have the right to reject buyer complaints without an unboxing video.

Return of goods

Can goods that have been purchased be returned?

Exchange of goods can be done if the goods received are not appropriate. Inconsistencies in this case include, damaged goods when received (unboxing video required), product variants received are not as ordered, and the wrong product received.
