Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges only in the following cases:

  • If the goods you receive do not match what you ordered
  • If the product does not function properly from the moment it is received

Returns for other reasons such as change of mind, personal preference or assumption, wrong choice of variant, are not acceptable.

Products must be in original and unused condition. The seal and packaging are still intact to meet the requirements for returning or exchanging goods.

Proving the Problem

To claim that goods were wrongly received or damaged, the buyer must include an unboxing video as one of the claim files.

Make sure you record a video from before opening the package until after inspecting the product received. The video must clearly show the condition of the package before opening from various sides and the shop label and shipping label attached to the product packaging.
