Onemed Dental Floss Waxed & Mint 50m
ONEMED Dental Floss is a 50-meter mint-scented dental floss, designed to clean plaque that sticks between teeth and along the gum line where it is difficult to reach with a toothbrush. Using this dental floss helps reduce the risk of gum disease and tooth decay, while providing a fresh sensation to the mouth.
How to use:
- Pull out about 45 cm (18 inches) of dental floss and cut it using the cutter provided.
- Wind the ends of the floss around the middle fingers of each hand, leaving about 10 cm (4 inches) in between, and hold it tightly with your thumb and forefinger.
- Gently slide the floss between the teeth and under the gum line.
- Curve the floss around the teeth, then move it up and down to remove plaque and food debris.
- Repeat on all the gaps between teeth, advancing the floss to a clean section each time.
To maintain healthy teeth and gums:
- Visit your dentist every 6 months.
- Replace your toothbrush every 3 months.
