Onehealth Hot & Cold Pack is a compress tool that can be used for hot or cold as needed. Can be used to reduce fever and to reduce headaches / stomach / waist pain etc.

COLD APPLICATION

1. Store Hot and Cold Pack in the freezer to keep it ready to use. Please chill the gel for at least 2 hours before use.
2. Wrap the Hot and Cold Pack Gel in a towel to protect the cold. In case of some injuries, wrap it in a wet towel for more cold penetration. Do not apply directly to the skin once removed from the freezer.
3. Leave the cold compress on for 15 to 30 minutes. Repeat every 1 to 1.5 hours as needed. Consult a doctor about long-term use.

HOT APPLICATIONS

1. Boil approximately 4 to 5 liters of water.
2. Remove the water from the heater.
3. Soak the Hot and Cold Pack Gel in hot water for approximately 10 minutes.
4. Remove the Hot and Cold Pack Gel from the hot water, always wrap it in a towel before use.
