Bathroom Scale Instruction Manual:

1. Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Using it on a soft surface like a carpet or something else can result in inaccurate readings.

2. Make sure the indicator reads zero. If not, adjust it by turning it until it matches. Press it several times with your finger to check the consistency of the zero with the indicator.

3. When standing on the scale, make sure your feet are placed correctly, and the weight is distributed evenly on both feet if you are standing perfectly still. Movement, leaning forward or backward, and not standing correctly will cause inaccuracies in the weight displayed.

4. Ideally, weighing should be done 2 to 3 times a week.

5. Always weigh yourself on the same scale.

6. Stand properly, without moving forward or backward and distribute your weight on both feet.

7.Weigh yourself at the same time of day for accuracy of comparison.

8. Wear the same clothes, or nothing at all, during the weigh-in.

9. Check your height, height is the main factor in determining your weight and maybe you have grown a little.
