• A single component, medium modulus, neutral curing silicone that provides excellent adhesion to a wide range of common substrates.
• Specifically designed for roof and gutter substrates, such as eaves, plumbing, flashing, AC ducting, and more.
• Provides excellent adhesion to non-porous substrates for roofing and gutter applications, able to withstand extreme weather without signs of deterioration or loss of adhesion.
• Packaged in a 280ml tube that can be used with a gun, available in clear, white, black and grey.

Suitable for most roofing and gutter substrates, including common building materials. Capable of accommodating highly flexible joints between similar and dissimilar materials. Can be used on porous and non-porous substrates. Resistant to discoloration and fading, even when exposed to UV light for extended periods.

Storage method: Store in original unopened packaging at a temperature between +5°C and +25°C, with a shelf life of up to 18 months from the date of production, in a dry place.
