Onehealth Hot & Cold Pack /1

The Onehealth Hot & Cold Pack is a compress that can be used to apply heat or cold as needed. It can be used to reduce fever and relieve headaches, stomach aches, back pain, and other discomforts.

COLD APPLICATION

1. Store the Hot and Cold Pack in the freezer to keep it ready to use. Please chill the gel for at least 2 hours before use.
2. Wrap the Hot and Cold Pack Gel in a towel to protect against the cold. For multiple injuries, wrap it in a wet towel for better cold penetration. Do not apply directly to skin immediately after removing from the freezer.
3. Leave the cold compress on for 15 to 30 minutes. Repeat every 1 to 1.5 hours as needed. Consult a doctor about long-term use.

HOT APPLICATIONS

1. Boil approximately 4 to 5 liters of water.
2. Remove the water from the heater.
3. Soak the Hot and Cold Pack Gel in hot water for approximately 10 minutes.
4. Remove the Hot and Cold Pack Gel from the hot water, always wrap it in a towel before use.
