ONEMED Dental Floss is a 50-meter mint-scented dental floss, designed to clean plaque that sticks between teeth and along the gum line where it is difficult to reach with a toothbrush. Using this dental floss helps reduce the risk of gum disease and tooth decay, while providing a fresh sensation to the mouth.

How to use:

1. Pull out about 45 cm (18 inches) of dental floss and cut it using the cutter provided.
2. Wind the ends of the floss around the middle fingers of each hand, leaving about 10 cm (4 inches) in between, and hold it tightly with your thumb and forefinger.
3. Gently slide the floss between the teeth and under the gum line.
4. Curve the floss around the teeth, then move it up and down to remove plaque and food debris.
5. Repeat on all the gaps between teeth, advancing the floss to a clean section each time.

To maintain healthy teeth and gums:

• Visit your dentist every 6 months.
• Replace your toothbrush every 3 months.
