How to Use

1. Place the scale on a flat and hard surface.
2. Touch the surface of the scale with your toe to turn it on.
3. Wait until the screen displays 0.0.
4. Step onto the scale slowly, one foot at a time.
5. Stand still and do not move during the measurement process.
6. Wait until the numbers on the screen stop and flash. The numbers indicate your body weight.
7. Once finished, step off the scale. The scale will turn off automatically.
