Usage Guide

Preparation
Pull out about 45 cm of floss and cut it using the cutter provided on the packaging. -
Finger Position
Wrap the ends of the floss around the middle fingers of both hands, leaving about 10 cm of floss in the middle. Tighten with your thumbs and index fingers. -
Cleaning
Gently slide the floss into the gaps between teeth until it reaches below the gum line. -
Movement
Curve the floss into a "C" shape following the tooth surface, then move it up and down to lift plaque and debris. -
Repeat
Repeat for all interdental spaces and use a clean section of floss for each different interdental space.
