Nesco Effect-2500VF is an anti-decubitus mattress that is useful for helping prevent ulcers or wounds on parts of the body of patients who lie down for a long time and never move.
Typically used for stroke patients, comas, and other conditions, this anti-decubitus mattress is equipped with a small electric air pump to automatically pump air in and out.
This mattress is shaped like waves filled with air pressure that pumps up and down to adjust to the body shape, weight and position of the patient lying on it.
