Instructions for use

• Always wear an orthopedic shirt or undershirt under your Lumbar Support brace.
• Place the Lumbar Support on your waist, pull and wrap it around your stomach with the right side overlapping the left with the velcro closure.
• Make sure the Lumbar Support fits and is comfortable.

Washing and Care

• This product can be hand washed in cold or warm water, with mild soap or detergent.
• Dry by airing
• Do not use any substance containing Chlorine.
