The GEA ADM-303 mattress is specifically designed to help prevent pressure ulcers (decubitus) in patients with limited mobility. This mattress operates by alternating air filling and emptying in a cycle of approximately 6 minutes. This alternating motion reduces static pressure on a single point on the body, thereby helping maintain blood circulation and preventing tissue damage.

This device features a durable compressor and operates very quietly. Furthermore, its energy-efficient use and simple control panel make it easy to operate by both medical personnel and patients' families.
